Shipping Policy
Farms for Fields currently does not ship or deliver product to customers. We currently deliver meats to our customers through in-person pick ups. Our pick up days are in easily accessible and centrally located spots in Parker county, TX. Pick up locations are communicated to our customers as part of reservation and order placement.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and refunds are determined on a case by case basis. We obviously can't and don't want back the chicken you've cooked or opened - we follow strict sanitary guidelines. However, we do prioritize providing the best product and service to our customers with our ideals and convictions in mind. If you are dissatisfied in anyway or have a complaint regarding the quality of the chicken, please reach out to us directly and we will seek to resolve the issue at hand in a timely manner.
